I didn’t start in this field because health came naturally to me…

In my early adulthood, I struggled with my weight and didn’t fully understand how much my daily habits were affecting my health. At 19, MEPS turned me away because I was over the military’s weight standards. I lost the weight quickly—and learned my first lesson about extremes.
Not long after, I was medically discharged during basic training due to injury. The structure disappeared, and the momentum went with it. Over time, the weight came back. Along with it returned the same cycle many people experience: push hard, fall off, repeat.
For years, I chased health the way many overwhelmed adults do—through intense programs, all-or-nothing thinking, and trying to outwork the problem. Eventually, I realized something had to change.
The problem wasn’t motivation.
The problem was foundation.
That realization led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and later a Sleep & Recovery Coach. What started as a personal pursuit grew into something more: a way to help others step out of the same cycle.
Because most people aren’t failing—they’re overwhelmed.
We live in a world full of noise, conflicting advice, and constant pressure to do more, push harder, and optimize everything. But real health doesn’t come from extremes. It comes from building a stable foundation.
Sleep.
Stress.
Movement.
Daily habits that actually fit your life.
